Get Out the Vote

Now is the chance for your voice to be heard.

The "Get Out the Vote” project, designed in collaboration with Elaine Harris-Fulton of the Family Support Center, raises awareness around the importance of voting in every election.  We collaborated with Community Forge, Gwen’s Girls, Amil Cook, and Carnegie Mellon University students to create resources and materials that community members could use to better inform their community about the importance of exercising the right to vote.

This video was made in collaboration with Gwen’s Girls and Community Forge with a special thanks to Amil Cook, the leader and creator of the chant you hear throughout the video.

Fight Back, Vote!

This video was scripted, illustrated, animated and voiced by Kate Myers a first year student at Carnegie Mellon University and an intern with the Get Out the Vote! project.
